Booking rules : - 25% to be paid at the time of booking. - 25% to be paid 60 days before the journey. - Balance 50% to be paid 40 days before the journey. Cancellation Rules : On cancellation, the booking amount will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as follows : CANCELLATION Cancellation must be advised by Fax/E-mail/Letter to The Luxury Trains. On cancellation, refund will be made. Certain amount of the ticket value will be deducted as follows. - 25% of the total tariff if the request for cancellation is received more than 60 days before departure. - 50% of the total tariff if the request for cancellation is received 40 to 60 days before departure. - 100% of the total tariff if the request for cancellation is received, less than 40 days before departure.. |
